Flower Deliveries
What time will my Delivery get there?
Delivery will be made on the date you have selected on your order We prioritise business addresses, schools and funerals –all other deliveries Home &Hospital flower deliveries – will be delivered ASAP
On Saturdays will be delivered ASAP depending on traffic as we have less couriers on the road.
(excluding holidays and peak floral periods) otherwise the next day is the norm. IMPORTANT- at peak floral delivery periods, such as Valentines and Mothers Day please order one day ahead to ensure timely delivery.
Flower Deliveries to the rest of New Zealand?
YES we have set rate for each region through out New Zealand Wide
Rural Deliveries in Auckland?
Yes we do there is an extra charge which will let you know when you order via internet. If you have an address/ area that not showing call us (64) 9 8335 335 See if we can do this delivery.
Are Corsages free delivery ?
NO the corsages are NOT FREE DELIVERY ,pick – up only from 41 Tauhinu Road Greenhithe ,if you want a delivery charge $25.00 Auckland Metro ,outer ares’s will have to be confirm a price.
Sunday Delivery?
Delivery Sunday YES ,but depends on address and what time of the day you ordered and stock availability , extra delivery charge will apply you will be contacted how much the extra charge will be and payment required before delivery.
Incorrect delivery details?
Delivery Charge of $20.00 Auckland Metro /RD depending on address
Gaining access to the property or apartment?
Providing connect number helps us connect customer to ensure we are able to do the delivery on the day
What happens if there is no one home when the flowers are delivered?
We always leave flowers in cool and safe sheltered away from weather and road view were possible

Yes we turn over our flowers are very fresh ,buying flowers three times weekly

Can I Cancel my Order?
Yes contact us as soon as possible so long your order has not been made or on the courier happy to cancel your order ,if we have a problem with a delivery we will discuss with you a positive out come

Can I send an Anonymous Flower order?
Yes,if customer request who sent the flowers will ring and discuss with you ,due to N.Z privacy laws we are unable to tell you how sent the flowers
